本實驗室的研究興趣在複雜及多相流體力學,特別針對高顆粒濃度、會形成大範圍接觸結構的多相流系統,主要透過探索複雜流體現象背後的物理機制與力學,幫助多相流工程的數值建模及最佳化設計。相關應用包含山崩土石流、地震防災工程、河川淤泥沉積,以及工業粉體輸送、顆粒床熱交換器、磨潤技術、生物細胞動力學、機器人運動與仿生力學等。

Our research interests focus on multiphase flows and complex fluids, with a particular focus on dense granular flows with strong internal contact networks. This encompasses a broad class of systems across scales from geophysics (landslides, earthquakes), industrial mixing and handling (powder processing, 3D printing), energy (granular-bed heat exchangers), tribology, biosystems (blood cell flow), to robotic locomotion.
